All products purchased from piwpiwe are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty protects you against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

What’s Covered

• Broken stitching or seams caused by a manufacturing defect

• Hardware failure (zippers, buckles, straps) due to faulty materials or workmanship

• Material defects in leather or raffia used to make the bag

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents

• Alterations or modifications made after purchase

• Exposure to extreme conditions (heat, moisture, chemicals)

How to Make a Warranty Claim

2. Include your order number, photos of the defect, and a short description of the problem.

3. Our team will review your request and provide next steps.

Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the item at no cost. If the item is no longer available, we may offer an equivalent replacement or store credit.
